Gyrotonics and Amelie
When I walked into gyrotonics today my most favorite soundtrack, Amelie, was playing throughout the studio. It brought a smile to my exhausted face and made me so excited to be going to my second home.
This is going to be a good trip :-)

in late July around 11:11pm etta james blared out of a mini cooper up beachwood when Angeloony was crowned the newest bird of the birdhouse…7 months later another bird was flying the coop… indeed, a beautiful ending of an era and a ladies last week in her birdhouse.

I Want...Pancakes???
Last night, when I got off the train I smelled the delicious scent of warm maple syrup. It made me crave pancakes and bacon and coffee. I’m glad that there were other people in the city who felt the same way.

Butterfly My What???
Is anyone else gagging that the girls on The City (ahem, Olivia Palmero) adorn their hair with butterfly clips? I’m not even going to do them justice by featuring a picture of said beloved clips.
And, I know Whit wears them too, but somehow I don’t notice them as much.

Loco Loco Local
I’m determined to start eating locally so I’m off to the Greenmarket to get a delicious assortment of vegetables and other goodies. I have no idea what I’ll make with them but I know I’ll be helping my body and the local economy by my purchases.
